I like the fan theory that Event Horizon is a prequel of sorts to the Warhammer universe.

Gotta drive up that traffic and revenue somehow. He's done sold his soul a long time ago, nothing to lose at this point.
I disagree. I really enjoyed it. Nic Cage was giving a great Nic Cage performance and I liked the whole idea of the Dracula's relationship with his servant is just like an abusive relationship.
Plus, I'm a sucker for over the top gore.
I'm right there with you. It's always those who scream the loudest
Any time someone bitches about government oversight and regulations, I think about cases just like this. In many cases we should WANT a large bureaucracy with plenty of checks and approvals overseeing things like this.
Proper cat-aloging is extremely im-purr-tant for future research
Bill was submitted by a Republican, in a Republican controlled state Congress, and signed by a Republican governor. How is this a progressive issue?
The exact same thought crossed my mind when I read the title. I'm pretty sure this has been known for a while.
Edit: just read the article. The Guiana dolphin was found to have this ability several years ago, now they've found evidence of it in bottlenose dolphins.
"Where did you get that, you're not wearing any clothes!"
Same energy as CEOs demanding workers return to the office
Semantics I guess. I see your point and don't see a problem with a DM running things that way, but I don't think there's a problem with letting the players enjoy the idea of a critical success on their roll while keeping things functionally the same so as not to break the game.
It's completely ok to say "I really liked the thing, but I just can't watch it because I can only see the actor behind the character". If I found out someone punched puppies in their spare time, I would find it really hard to enjoy the things they are in. I don't think it has to be any different with an actor who's political stance you are vehemently against.
