I’d if you have a little more than a month you might very well be ok with just flushing. I’d exercise and drink tons of water, then use test strips to check. Also, for a plan b get synthetic urine and a bag kit thing that you strap to your leg. This works but is a little scarier for obvious reasons, but they don’t actually stare at you while you pee.

EDIT: I misread. Get synthetic urine and a bag asap. I think “Synthetic Labs Quick Fix” is the one that does rush shipping. Only watch out is you need to make sure the temperature is correct when you go in. It comes with instructions for that.

I’m totally down with this.

You know what else is weird? As the article talks about, Tucker Carlson's step mom is heir to the Swanson Foods fortune and he has ties to the CIA. Anderson Cooper's mom is heir to the Vanderbilt fortune and he also has ties to the CIA: https://thegrayzone.com/2020/02/25/vanderbilt-anderson-cooper-cia-college/

One is "conservative" and one is "liberal", but when you dig into their history, both come from oligarch families and have suspicious ties to US intelligence. Makes you wonder about why they made a career in journalism, doesn't it? It's almost as if there's a concerted effort by the ruling class to manipulate public opinion in part by sticking their own people in prominent news media roles.

I'd suspect the Catholic Church is probably the most influential org trying to keep transphobia alive in Latin America, but I also wouldn't be surprised if the same US-based evangelical groups who are of course pushing transphobic propaganda and laws in the US are also pushing it there.

EDIT: Old article, but this describes some of that: https://www.reuters.com/article/idUSKBN0GA0H2/ I'd love to read more sources about this if anyone has any.

The cartoon isn't wrong, but didn't his boy Trump bomb an Iranian official in Iraq? Seems a bit hypocritical to not call that out as well.

I generally only leave to go to work or buy groceries, or to take my dog out on a walk somewhere.

Nice! I can't wait to try it myself at some point. Also thinks for the tip on the gumroad page. Doesn't look like there's an Arkoshark there, but maybe it could happen in the future or maybe it wouldn't be too difficult to adjust one of the others to fit.

I don't think I could ever go back now hahahaha. It's so cool to be able to make faces and actually react.

As someone who is terrible at doing gesture expressions, face tracking sounds amazing. Seems like it would add to the immersion quite a bit and make interactions feel much more like you’re there in person.

this is too damn cute

Thanks to @[email protected] for finding this gem on Reddit:

Truths are complicated and challenging. We don't have to take sides or teams; although I know it's difficult given then times we live in, where we feel the pressure to take sides given how fast we are bombarded with information. Join me and others in the effort to be comfortable with cognitive dissonance, and remember that regardless of any political leaning or nationality, we are all connected by our common humanity. Let's not antagonize each other. Good luck in your search for answers.
