Some kinda lab work, maybe blood chem or urinalysis. I should clarify that since I'm a software person I don't even know what they do, really, I just fix it when they stop transmitting lab test results to the database.

I fix software on these things! No one ever quite gets what I do for work, it's nice to run across in the wild.

I feel seen lol

I usually take these post less as 'look how great peasants had it' and more 'look how much better we could have it'.

I'm scared. I cant pay attention worth a damn at work today so I'm replying here.

Im going to a queer event tomorrow with lots of friends, but i know were all freaked out. I live in a progressive pocket of a deep red state.

I dont know what to do with myself. If tmrw goes well, relief and celebration.

If not? Fuck. I truly dont know.

Do super soft yoga in the morning.

When i tell people i do yoga every day before work, they think its MUCH HARDER than it is. I get up, drink a whole glass of water, and sit on my mat. If its cold, i use a space heater. I put on an easy yoga video on YouTube (i love Yoga with Adrienne) and i only do the floor parts lol.

I am in such better shape, i have more energy, I've lost weight, my posture & balance are better, and i can self-regulate my emotions a thousand times easier. I am so, so much happier with this simple lil 20mins starting my day.

Yeah that kid will look back in 15 years and wonder why the fuck his parents didn't try to hold someone accountable. So many people failed to protect this child, he doesn't even realize it.

Ive read that one in three people is affected by incestuous sexual activity. Thank you for talking about something millions of people suffer from but too few speak about.

You're doing a good job.

Also, kids generally don't do stuff like that for no reason. Hurt people hurt people.

I did not! Thank you for teaching me this

Yes, i have a sleep disorder and when i have trouble, i listen to podcasts on my phone with it under my pillow. Its slightly muffled and very effective, but if it doesn't work at least i dont have that awful tired eye feeling
