So hold on, do you mean a regular projector or a short throw (short distance?) projector?

Either way, if you mean the former, the only two brands I can safely recommend are XGIMI and NEBULA (which is an Anker owned brand), if it's the later, I'm not aware of any short throw, portable projectors that are on the market ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
