At this point neither of them have seen how it was in Soviet union.
My problem with it is that "standards" aren't really standards. I have a car from 2015. It has an LCD panel that's supposed to connect to your phone. Too bad that the standards changed in 2015... Now it sits there totally useless.
That's the same for most of US though. Not Ohio specific. They don't know how to City over there. Just parking lots connected by highways and the buildings needed to support the parking lots.
