Hurt my shoulder at the gym this morning. I was using the chest press machine, and I heard a crunch (like cracking knuckles) in my right shoulder and now it hurts if I move my arm forward or rotate it inwards. Can't even take my shirt off now.

I don't know what kind of injury this is. Hyperextension? Hopefully it's better in a day or two and I don't have to see a doctor or do some kind of PT/rehab.

I know how you feel though. I think if I weren't lonely I'd be able to enjoy the unemployment more, but I'm stranded in this tiny living space with a toxic/sometimes abusive relative and have no friends or even acquaintances and it's hard to get around my shitty town.
