Macrodroid. It is like Tasker, but with a much much better UI.

The day this guy dies, I will throw a party. And I hate parties.

The thing I hate about signal is the UI. Everything looks way too big on my device. WhatsApp, for example, holds 2 more chats, and the messages themselves are tidier.

This may seem like it's not a big deal, but UI is absolutely crucial on order to get people to actually use the app. I moved a few people to signal but they just hated the way it looks. "seems like an app for old people, font too big". I can see that. They moved back to insta/WhatsApp.

I think some small and easy UI changes could make the app much better: just give us a "compact" mode.

Oh man.. When our crush gets even hotter.. Ya, that is though. I know the feeling bro :((

Look into meditation. Learn to meditate properly, there are good books on that. Learn to acknowledge that things are impermanente and unsatisfactory. Try different ways of viewing experience and see which one decreases suffering. When you are feeling badly because of him, look into your thoughts and notice how they dissappear. Does that help? If not, try to widen your experience. Use your sensory doors, hearing, sight, taste, contact. Listen to the sounds and notice what you notice. Same for sight, etc. (Sorry for the rambling, I am into meditation, if that's not obvious)

Other than that, just keep busy. Find a hobby. Be with your other friends. Make new friends. Join a gym, etc..

I find Lemmy much more ethical. It truly is by the community, for the community.

On reddit, a select few are getting rich by the content YOU create. Seems a bit weird to me. You create content, they get to buy a new house/yacht. No thank you.

Even on reddit, PT subs are hard to get active. There is /r/Portugal, literaciafinanceira and maybe devpt. I think you are stretching too thin.

Have you thought of just doing 1 sub on Lemmy.pt, and just add [tags] in the title or something? Once Lemmy.pt has enough users, you could slowly open more.

Yes, me too! The justice part. I am very principled. And it is something that I, sometimes (?) hate about myself. I think it mostly drives people away.

I figure many people on Lemmy are the same in that regard, very principled people.

I am currently using authy. I would like an open source alternative, of course, but seeing how important 2fa is, I require proper sync/backups, like authy has. I don't want to manage them myself with google drive or the likes, as I don't even have a google acc.

What is that thing in the tree? A bee house? Will it call a swarm of bees? I have only a couple small trees, but I don't really want a swarm..

I am looking for climate related YouTube channels. Suggest me some please.

I currently use Swiftly Switch. It is an app that adds a small bar to the side of the device and by swiping that part, I am shown a list of apps of my choosing. This allows me to open apps much faster.

Sadly, it is not open source. Is there something similar but open source?

I feel like changing my ringtone.

What is yours?

Community links are not working in Boost, are they?

[email protected] should be a workable link, that is, if you click on it, it should redirect you to that community. It does not..

Also, on boost, is it possible to have Autocomplete for usernames/communities as one has in the web/desktop version of lemmy?
