I don't know, no. I have wondered about it too. Something obviously gets soft and creamy/slimy from the shell getting wet, so I just kinda hope it is enough

Our standard breakfast. Started adding spirulina powder which does NOT make it look that great...

(Oats, chia, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, oat malk, pinch o salt) served with fruits, nuts, seeds, pb, whathaveyou
