Yeah, I think you are right in that idea. Realistically they will be clumped in high wind areas within that 5000km².

I'm not usually a huge fan of rogue-likes, but I've enjoyed a few, like Hades. I bought Balatro last week and have been absolutely smashing it ever since then. I love the way the game works, each run being so different even within the same framework, and the feeling when your build starts to go off is so incredibly satisfying.

I have completed and released my first short story, Hide. It is a prequel to the novel I am currently editing, Singularity.

Deep in the mountain lakes of the Yukaan Empire, Tomas ij’Lu’kan, a haunted ex-soldier and recovered addict returns to a hunting hide he visited with his father as a child to scatter his ashes.
