Not everything needs to be ranked.

In this case, I think it would have been weird not to include Korby.

Another Hail Mary approach if all else fails could be to shop the story around to local media. If anyone bites, it could certainly lead to a quick resolution.

Yeah hopefully they can get some traction if they just keep at it. Like I said, I've been pretty fortunate in the past, but I know people who have had some pretty bad experiences.

I thankfully haven't had to deal with MPI for a long time (and truthfully, my personal experiences have been pretty positive), but their website suggests they will have to pay the deductible up front, but should get reimbursed once the issue of who is at fault is sorted out.

Is MPI flat-out refusing to pursue this? If so, what exactly are they saying to justify it?

The answer might be to make themselves as irritating to the adjustors as possible...nothing to lose, really.

I don't disagree with any of that - any governmental body should be scrutinized periodically, and as I mentioned, I'd love to see some information about why this guy was let go.

So assuming cutting the salaries of all executives everywhere is off the table, what's the solution?

The article says it was the result of a retroactive salary adjustment coupled with severance pay - unfortunate, but I'm not sure it's an egregious example of mismanagement (besides him apparently being a bad hire - I wish we knew more about why he was let go).

There's a lot of argument to be had over the relative value of CEOs across the board, but Shared Health presumably has to offer a salary that's competitive with the private sector.

I felt the synergy between this show and Picard went a little stronger than needed. Especially considering the first season was a little weaker than the others. It also felt a little late.

I really liked it, but then I think Picard's first season was the best one, and have been hoping we'd get another glimpse of just how game-changing the Romulan evacuation and subsequent events were. I never thought it'd be this show, though...

Emony Dax got handsy with Bones in the 2240s, and Audrid died in 2284.

In SNW's 2259ish setting, it should be one of those two.

It's pretty interesting that CBC isn't identifying the owner for some reason.

Not that jurisdictions are the most important thing here, but I would expect it to be on the province, not the city, to oversee something like this.
