The serenity prayer can help set your course. You don't have to be religious to understand it and use it as a tool for your life.
God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

This sounds very dangerous. Finding precedents could be done with regular search tools. There are some things, although falable, should still be done by humans. Chosing the fate of another human being should not be left to AI.
