Hey all, I saw that there wasn't a kombucha community here and thought I'd fill that gap. I've been brewing for over a decade from my kitchen to helping get a large commercial operation off the ground. I enjoy talking sanitation and food safety. Admins in /r/modsupport were breaking records last week to tell mods who had a dormant top mod come back and private the sub that they would “resolve the issue”. Then after saying that they didn’t do anything for a few days. Guess they are gonna start doing that to the big subs to reopen them.
