Okay, problem resolved.

It seems the vendor ID and Product ID in the udev rules changed, so I had to update them to connect to adb.

I also re-uploaded the boot, dtbo, recovery, etc IMG files. Then I was able to load into LineageOS recovery mode

I was following the installation guide and things were going smoothly until I started flashing the recovery.img

For some reason the phone started power cycling, which interrupted the flash. Unplugging and re-plugging it in seemed to resolve it, and it got back to bootloader mode. I flashed the recovery image onto it and tried entering recovery mode, but now it only goes to the bootloader, irrespective of the option I choose.

Is the phone screwed, or can I salvage this?

ED. Fastboot detects the phone when it's plugged in but adb does not

From what I understand, FSR1 is not a temporal upscaled, so it shouldn't have ghosting.

That does cause the quality to be lower, though

I have an RTX 3060 that I bought about two years ago. Until recently I only had a 1080p 75Hz monitor, so I could play pretty much anything on max settings.

Then I decided to treat myself to a 1440p 180Hz monitor, which has been amazing. Obviously this is a lot more GPU intensive, so I have had to turn down some settings. Then I decided to try out FSR. I'm on Linux and gaming mostly through Proton, so it was as easy as adding a launch command.

Holy crap. Elden ring (admittedly not a very intensive game) went from a choppy 50 fps on high settings and medium ray tracing, to a smooth 60 fps on maxed out settings and high ray tracing with FSR Quality. And I can't even tell the difference from the upscaling! I'm super impressed and can't wait to try out FSR 2 and DLSS now!

Action Role-Playing Game

Basically a game focusing on levelling up your character to become your preferred version of killing machine, as opposed to maybe more of a diplomat or a rogue in what you would find in a typical Role-Playing Game (RPG)

FWIW the latest Grim Dawn patch has implemented a dash action you can use to avoid AoEs or get into the thick of things

Not quite the same thing as what you're referring to, but a step up from the brain off "click to attack until target is dead" of other ARPGs

PS. Play Grim Dawn! Amazing ARPG with really good classes and customisations.

If you'd prefer something older and simpler, the same devs made Titan Quest.

Unfortunately there aren't a lot of Pocos in my region

And do you have a preferred ROM you use?

I've heard that unlocking the bootloader is a bit of a mission. Have you got any experience with that?

I am currently using an S9 with /e/OS, and I'm thinking about upgrading next year, since the battery is starting to act up.

Are there any phones released in the past few years that are a decent upgrade and that support a privacy-oriented ROM?

I can go up to 500USD, but I live in a 3rd world country, so Fairphones, Pixels, and some other phones aren't available here.

Thank you in advance!

For example if I have a setup like:

alias llaa = pwd && ll'''

Will the second command work, or would I have to set it up in a more verbose manner (like ```alias llaa = pwd && ls -la```)

I bought some new drives to replace the old ones I had lying around, and want to replace them entirely (4x 1tb -> 2x 4tb). I have a few apps running on it (Syncthing, Transmission, Tailscale, etc.), and I wanted to know what the best way to perform a drive upgrade would be. AFAIK the apps are installed on the pool as well, so will I just have to reinstall them from scratch?

The motherboard has 5 SATA ports, which are all currently occupied, so I don't know if I can do an "in-house" replacement.

Many bosses are really hard and have racked up a dozen kills per player.

What boss has the community labeled as a pushover that you've died an embarrassing number of times to?

Crystal Sage from DS3 has killed me at least 8 times every playthrough, but every forum I've visited has made them seem easy.

I have Navidrome set up on my home server running TrueNAS, and I've set up a few playlists there via the web interface. However, I've noticed that the android apps with OpenSubsonic support do not allow me to create playlists on them. Are there any apps with this feature (as well as local download support), or is this not supported over OpenSubsonic?
