In that case, before you do anything else. Set flow rate to whatever is default (100% I assume), and calibrate your esteps. It takes like 10 mins. Just get some measuring device (calipers best, ruler works good enough) and one of those estep calculators

You properly calibrated esteps? Also check your combing settings. I don't think it'll be that tbh, but there's a chance it is

Can you post your start g code?

So far all my printers are elegoo, they all work out of the box very well. They're support is pretty great as well, they've sent me replacement parts for things I admitted to breaking due to own stupidity (a new motherboard after I short circuited one, and a couple of led panels after a resin spill). I can't speak of other companies, but elegoo seems alright

I've done some horrific things to my printers and they didn't care. They are on aisian time (+7 or something UTC) so unless you near then, mostly likely the to and fro will be per day, so try and put as much info as possible into your messages if they get back to you for more info

In addition to what the other guy said, email elegoo support, they have a good warentee system in place. They'll send you free replacement parts

What's the point? Data is cheap to store, and I'd assume they could sell it if they wanted to

Fully up to you, I use the 2S, and 3 pro. The 3 pro is great, but if you have budget, might as well go 4 pro
