As others have pointed out, open an issue/bug report if there is a problem. What do you expect them to do? Check social media 24/7 to see if someone complains?

According to wikipedia:

The term gobbledygook was coined by Maury Maverick, a former congressman from Texas and former mayor of San Antonio.[19] When Maverick was chairman of the Smaller War Plants Corporation during World War II, he sent a memorandum that said: "Be short and use plain English. ... Stay off gobbledygook language."[20][21] Maverick defined gobbledygook as "talk or writing which is long, pompous, vague, involved, usually with Latinized words." The allusion was to a turkey, "always gobbledygobbling and strutting with ridiculous pomposity."

Please do a better research next time before writing an reply about some other word and making up causations where there are just correlations. Just because a word contains "gook" does not mean it's related to the word "gook"

But those armchair snipers aren't actively trying to shoot the US president. I mean if I were to do it I would make sure I won't get killed for nothing

Dude is really going through the entire comment section and correcting people who use "bystander" instead of "Trump supporter"

Wasn't the "Business" plan advertised as "unlimited"? Also the problem was a totally different one. They were pressured into upgrading to the "Enterprise" plan without being given any reason. I would be on CF's side if they just said: "With your current plan you are violating TOS. Here's what you did wrong: Lists ToS violations The features you need in order to fix this are only included in the Enterprise plan, so please upgrade or we have to terminate your services, we give you 1 week"

I am developing an Android Pixelfed client and I have a problem. When the user chooses to authenticate using Sign-in-through mastodon, the internal browser used for the login process is not closed and the "Do you want to authorize this app"-screen is never shown. The user would have to close the browser and click again on the login button to finish the oauth process. If they do that, the authorization screen still is not shown and it will be accepted automatically.

If the user chooses to login with pixelfed credentials (just the normal login, no fancy mastodon stuff), everything works correctly.

Threads will be the test on whether the Fediverse can resist corporate greed or if the technology is just a nice gimmick.

Everytime I want to play a video (no matter whether the codec is h.264 or h.265), this happens:

When I play it using VLC, it works just fine. I'm running Arch with all the codecs installed. How do I fix this? Please don't tell me to switch to another video player, if I wanted to, I would have done it already.
