I recently got a new job but the manager was concerned about my ability to perform on the job with just one arm. I'm not sure if he can ask that but it's a legitimate concern and having two functional arms would massively increase my quality of life anyways.

From research online it seems like a new arm could cost me upwards of 50k, maybe even more depending on the complexity of my case.

Aside from begging or literally waiting a decade to save up the necessary funds is there any way I can get part of my procedure subsidized or am I SOL? Thanks Toronto.

Sorry if this isn't allowed.. I completely understand. I'm an amputee who was recently kicked out of my parents place and to be frank I am in dire need of financial support in order to get something to eat.I'm trying to get a job but I recently got rejected from McDonalds because I have only one arm (it was heavily implied) and panhandling only seems to attract harassment from cops for some reason. I dont think its illegal? Im not coming up to cars or something. Anyways I'm not seeing any donation or begging based instance. Sorry if this is a little incoherent. I feel just really useless at the moment.

Hey. I was kicked out of my parents house. Long story but you can ask me for details in a reply or message me. Anyways I was wondering what strategies I should use in order to survive this saga. My left arm has been amputated and I've managed to get a job interview at mcdonalds only for them to come around the issue and ask if I'm still capable of performing the work. Legal or not they didn't hire me. I'm tempted to beg for money, dumpster dive or enter s3x work at this point. I'm just getting desperate and hungry. All advice appreciated thanks. Located in Canada
