Lol, I feel like many communities will become better if tiktok dies. It is the repercussions on specific freedoms that take a hit and it sets a dangerous legal precedent. But everything communitywise should be a net gain.

The gameplay is very good up until level 40 and is definitely one of the more complete early access games.

So far I have not encountered any game breaking bugs, but the game itself does have tons of jank.

Now I am currently level 47, and can say that leveling from 40 to 50 is a hella grind and takes a lot of time and resources. Mainly time, as getting end game pokeballs takes a massive amount of resources that only pals can harvest, process, and then craft.

Also, the end game bosses are quite beefy and hit like a truck.

Lol, you don't get to choose to not pay taxes. You either own nothing and are unemployed, or you are a child.

Such a hilarious statement to think you can just fight the IRS.

I fully understand why you guys did this and it is certainly a solution to the problem above.

That being said, I really do not like this change.

I would go into detail about the reasons why, but I feel like this topic has been hashed out a few times before. So everyone should know why people are for and against this change.

(I am only posting this comment because the other way to show disapproval has now been removed.)

Holy heck. The punchline is not that he is gay. No one is laughing just because he is gay. They find it funny because of the irony of the situation.

Man... You are going to have a rough life if you can't comprehend basic irony.

27, I am usually playing games online with my friends and family every night. We will usually meet in person 1-2 times a week to watch movies or play board games.

How I do it? Obviously some weeks are more busy than others, but I will set aside a couple hours to atleast organize and get lunch with my friends.

Ha, glad you have a strong enough stomach to sift through the worst of the Fediverse. Sorry you have to go through that. I have no doubt everyone here appreciates your diligence.

I found that "mistake of fact" retort hilarious.

She obviously took it as a personal insult, but the whole debate is based on her own mistaken identification. So it is hard to address the topic without also seeming to target the person.

Most news seems to be doom and gloom so I enjoy the occasional tit pic thrown in there to break up the stream of depressing content.

Obviously I would just turn off nsfw when in public, but otherwise having it mixed in is nice.

You had handled this as perfectly and professionally as one could.

It is unfortunate that she could not accept your reasoning and still chose to defederate.

Couple questions:

  1. There was back and forth of "aged up" r34 characters being banned. What is the final decision on this? Should we expect admins to strike down any content of cartoon, comic book, manga, anime, and video game characters that don't have a current canonical age matching the age they are currently being depicted as?

(Annoyingly, 99% of the content that comes out of Japan is about teens and has to be aged up. Even if they don't even look or act like highschoolers! Exhibit A: Jojo's Bizzare Adventure Part 3-5)

  1. Is a slime considered a fantasy animal?

(I'm partially asking this because I think this rule/question is fucking hilarious, but also because it would basically nuke a fairly active community on here.)

I dont like the idea of defederation, but I understand your justifications for these specific instances.

I find the idea of defederating lemmit.online an odd one. Is there a legal reason to do this? Or is it just because you don't want users of our instance to see reddit content? I don't quite understand the justification here. (I personally just have their communities blocked)
