Problems with my 450HDs

My headset has died on my in the last day or two. The last time I remember them working I had them paired to both my phone and laptop now they won't turn on properly... they make static and don't get past the connecting stage of the start-up. Is this a physical issue or is it software related? I have tried many times to reset the headset however have not managed to do so before the headset turns off. The headset is at 100% battery as well

Any pointers would help heaps, Cheers

Robbie

Ambeo Max TrueHD Frequency issue

I'm hoping someone else has come across this issue before.

What I've had happen is whenever I try to play any content that uses the TrueHD audio codec if it has a higher hz range than 48khz the soundbar makes a horrible clicking sound and won't play the audio correctly.

I've done quite a few tests to narrow the issue down. Anything using the DTS-HD MA or DTS:X codec at similar frequencies is fine (tested at 192khz).

I've also tested with a different soundbar (Sony HT-A7000) using the same movie with no issues. The movie has a TrueHD track at 192khz.

This definitely seems like a software issue to me specifically with the implementation of the TrueHD Codec and not a hardware issue.

I've had a very long support ticket open with a lot of back and forth where at one point they said it's 100% a software issue but now they've flipped on that and said I need to send the unit in to be looked at.

Overall the whole process has been very frustrating as aside from this the soundbar has been amazing.
