Most of Biden's student debt cancellation is the result of him implementing cancellation policies that are already law. Like cancelling debt for government employees, that was IIRC signed into law by Bush. Trump cancelled some debt as well, he just implemented policies that he was already supposed to anyway.

tldr: In 2002 and 2003 combined, there were 9 terror attacks with 23 casualties across all of Africa. After the US war on terror campaign in Africa, things are now much much worse. And it looks like this stat doesn't include numbers from direct US acts of terror, like the destruction of Libya in 2011.
There are US empire supporters who will say that this is OK since this is the result of US trying to own the region that rightfully the US should own, but a lot of this is also the US military trying out new weapons, tactics, strategies and just having fun in their own way.

I am a good person as long as I sometimes make vague feel-good statements and watch a Netflix documentary about problems with the US criminal justice system. My actions are completely disconnected from my morals and my character, it is the vague gestures that actually define me. He was always a mostly good teamplayer for the Dem party, he just wasn't as extreme as some of the other Dems (like Biden) on issues like the Iraq war and so on. That is why it is amazing how hostile the Democrats were towards him, the only huge change would be that campaign consultants would receive less money from his campaign, since he mostly had his own people (who also didn't take 15% for every single ad run). But that was more than enough, direct $$$ for consultants is a huge part of the Dem grift.
