I was simply asking the thought process on voting day while agreeing with the majority of your complaints. But you aren't interested in discussing anything, you just want to throw a fit and feel smug. Carry on then, I'm sure that's working out for you.

Dems have always hated progressives more than the right. And you're saying "you" a bunch, and I guess you mean neoliberal Democrats or some other people who aren't me... but anyway.

I'm asking about the strategy of, on election day: "One side is/is moving towards the right, and I don't like that. To combat that, I'll allow the most extreme right people into power, with a solid chance of destroying whatever is left of USA's democracy, while stripping it for parts."

In a binary system, how does choosing the worse side help you? Did you not learn from Trumps last victory, that sitting on the sideline while fascists take away more and more rights while cementing their power and destroying institutions, doesn't work?

So the thought is that Trump will stop the genocide.

I guess it's as much a possibility as Oklahoma kicking everyone off of their land.

From the McGirt decision, they decided that the reservations/native land had never been properly "removed", and still existed according to various treaties signed between the tribes and the US Govt. McGirt has been narrowed a bit by a decision since, but in general for non-felony crimes, only the tribes have juridiction, according to the attached map of nations. Unless there's an agreement between city/state police and that particular tribe, which there are quite a few in Oklahoma that cross-deputize each other.

So, what's the solution when christo-fascists take over the department of education? I assume "vote for better candidates" and "persuade them with reason" aren't viable options.

Regarding the Tribal tags: "We haven’t done a lot of work with the tribes to address this problem, but we’re going to ramp that up."

So in Oklahoma, with a HUGE amount of tribal tags, OTA decided to switch to billing people using tags. But they just neglected to work out an agreement, or even address this with tribes before implementing the system? And then blame THE TRIBES for them not getting the money they think they should pay?

Just breathtakingly stupid and racist.

Very true, but if there was a way to get there other than driving, there'd be fewer cars to park.

There was a shooting at this football game last week. It has come out that an off-duty cop shot at least one of the people there, and they are being very tight lipped and allowing a few days for the cop to "decompress" before interviewing him.

Just wanted to make this post to see if anyone had any new information on what happened.
