The company isn't in great shape and their lack of focus made them neglect important parts of their main breadwinner, which is the engine itself. And corporate greed made their core product unattractive. I know a couple of big studios that said they will not make any new game in Unity because of the licensing fiasco.

Idiots in this thread keep forgetting there's a climate crisis and that we won't be able to live the lives we live now forever 🤷‍♀️

The difference is that the Internet is actually useful.

You know the answer to this question. The person you are replying to mentions the system of government of countries doing capitalism. No need to be so pedantic.

This is ridiculous. The world doesn't have to bend the knee to LLMs, they're supposed to be useful tools to solve problems.

And I don't see why asking them to help with math problems would be unreasonable.

And even if the formulation of the test was not done the right way, your argument is still invalid. LLMs were being used as an aid. The test wasn't given to the LLM directly. But students failed to use the tool to their advantage.

This is yet another hint that the grift doesn't actually serve people.

Another thing these bullshit machines can't do! The list is getting pretty long.

About the calculator argument... Well, the calculator is still used in class, because it makes sense in certain contexts. But nobody ever sold calculators saying they would teach you math and would be a do-everything machine.

God, my sister bought a can because she was visiting and wanted to try it, and didn't eat it before leaving so I thought I'd eat it to get rid of it... 😩

I can't remember the last time I gagged while eating something, but this caused me to almost vomit mom's spaghetti.

That's dog food. Not meant for human consumption.

Some people cause so much harm that, fuck it, they're enemies. It doesn't matter that Adolf McHitlerface had a terrible childhood. Overwhelming violence was a legitimate mean to put an end to his action.

You won't be able to fix everyone, and not everybody with a terrible life becomes a fascist.

Trump doesn't care that you have an open mind and are willing to try to change him. Give him the chance, and he'll let you know what he thinks of your good nature.

I'm not dehumanizing him. He's not the antichrist. He's in fact terribly human. But not all humans deserve rehabilitation, especially when they're actively causing harm. When a terrorist shoots people at a concert, it's absolutely OK to kill them to prevent innocent deaths.

It's OK to take a stance, sometimes. And you don't always need to be very civil about it.

People are pissed about all the harm christianity is causing in the world. In a community that is more likely to consider religion to be the "opium of the people", you won't find much support for christianity, I'm afraid. Even if you're not part of the people using your beliefs as a weapon to oppress.

The narrative is that he's the best of the 2, not that he's a good guy. There's a choice between a dictator and business as usual (US presidents have consistently supported Israel, and Trump is no exception).

But you knew that already, didn't you? 😒
