Pretty sure Bohemia specifically said that they were planning to stop doing anything with reforger as it was a testing platform for modders and the like.
I specifically didn't buy it knowing it was a precancelled project and I'm fairly confident that the reforger mods will be transferrable to Arma4.

Ya know...I'm more inclined to not care about wasting water where it still gets put back in the earth as water to be filtered for future generations. Basically I don't believe you ever waste water. You can drain your Source from over consumption, but it's never wasted.
What I'm not ok with is dumping toxic crap in water and contaminating it where it can't or won't be filtered.
