Hey so one of the things i learned in college as a CJ major is that cops often make lateral moves in their career from one department to the next.
I bet small town departments like this only get the amount of recruits they do so they can get hired with "small town standards" and then transfer to the big city they couldn't hope to pass an interview with.
It is not great, but I can't really explain why. Its balanced, none of the flavors are even that strong. It's mostly chocolate flavor with a touch of pepermint. For just a second though i heard jingle bells.
Honestly I drank about half of this before I drumped it.
This is a pepermint stick. 1 oz of peppermint schnapps
1 oz of Light Cream
1 1/2 oz of white creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1/2 oz vodka

Wait until you get a fishing buddy, and you start gifting him tackle. Then a few days later you realize that hey you miss that rod you had, so you decide to buy another, but now they're like an extra $100 then they used to be. So you pick up ot at work but now your whole week is thrown off, and you can't find the motivation to go down to bass pro, buy a rod, reel, and line and tackle because you've worked 70 hours this week, and you figure it'll be best to wait until next week to do it.
Next week rolls around but car registration is due and you decide to use your hobby budget instead break into your savings. Now you're back where you started. To make matters worse the guy you gifted the rod to isn't into fishing anymore.
How has nobody recommended you beat one out?

Made this sweet twist on a PNG using sprite instead of tonic water because its what i had. It tastes strongly of melon despite only having a quarter ounce of midori.
The blue lagoon was actually the first "cocktail" I ever made. Haven't had one in a while, and wanted to see if i could relive the moment.
Crazy to think at the start of the year i didn't have any bottles to work with at all. I'm so glad i started to build a collection because now i have so many options open to me.

1 1/2 ounces Hpnotiq liqueur
1/2 ounce blue curacao
1/4 triple sec
1/2 ounce sour mix
1/2 ounce pineapple juice

For some reason my camera would only focus on the bottom of my glass.
This app is called Cocktail recipes-Mixology and it's pretty good for getting a wide range of drink ideas all in one place. It's weak point is the quality of the recipes as most are not quite right.
I usually take inspiration from the app but look for a set recipe elsewhere.
I know this doesn't fit too well with the other cocktails here but i think diversity makes us stronger.
