Everyone has given great answers so far but I wanted to point out that since stevia tastes kinda bad, most stevia extracts I can find are actually mostly erythritol (another low cal sweetener) with a small portion of stevia. I find their marketing to be quite close to a lie, but in any case, both products are as safe as any transformed food you're gonna find, so fine with moderation. It can be argued to be better than sugar except if you wanna count the sugar taking habit, which both encourage.

I roast my coffee in a wok with a wooden spoon, then shake it outside in a strainer. If you just wanna taste it, it doesn't have to be expensive. It will be better with an actual roaster, but the jump in quality is worth it even with just a basic pan. You need a hood or some good ventilation though fyi, it smokes.
I have a homemade wine supplies shop near me that fills the bottles I already had and gives them back for less than half a replacement. I would assume many such places are equipped to fill CO2 canisters all around the world. I think they also do it at the hardware store.
I don't think you can achieve a spiral orbit in an area with so little friction, mostly devoid of dust and gas, else the earth would be on one of those too...
