For me it's less a case of 'I need this ambient music to fall asleep', and more a case of 'I enjoy listening to this ambient music and also I can fall asleep to it'.

It's changed a bit for me now, but when I was a teen I used to just whack on whatever I was listening to/enjoying at the time to fall asleep to, be it ambient, death metal, jazz, classical etc.

And as far as listening to people talking goes, that's nowhere near a 'this generation' thing. The sound of quiet voices murmuring on is just a naturally relaxing thing, think of a parent talking to their baby to get them to go to sleep.

Just restarted my 100hr Xenoblade Chronicles 2 file which had got to endgame but not finished as I'd completely forgotten everything about it! Realised it had been 5.5 years since I last played 💀 No idea about the characters, story, gameplay, battling, various menus and inventories, map, etc... Thought it was better to just start again and enjoy it once more!

Why not skywalker saga, out of interest? Recently 100%ed it and thought it was a fun game.
