Interesting. Coming back after the upgrade, I was in a logged out state. I cleared all the cookies, and then logged in again. My 2FA was gone and I had to re-enable/re-create the 2FA secret. Bug?

Bitwarden would be a good fit for what you are looking for, especially the cross-platform aspect. Keepass-derived solutions typically require trusting multiple developers, whereas Bitwarden is developed and maintained by a single team.

From the native web app, no. You can only save the post for going back and look. Notifications only show for responses to your posts and comments.

Thx for stating your opinion. Sorry for being unclear. reuse = use same passwords in different accounts; schemes = password patterns with some reused portions.

A question on what you said. Why change the passwords, though, unless she reuses or uses schemes at the first place? SSN & credit card info seem to leak quite a bit nowadays.
