The woman has until birth to decide whether or not she can handle that responsibility. If the hospital is told to terminate a viable baby so close to birth, it's down to the hospital to decide to go through with the termination or decide to deliver the baby themselves and accept the legal responsibility for that child. The mother has made her choice and that's that.
