Didn't read, but hot take: (China)

It seems as though they have a strong LEO strategy next to anything in the USA, and it is apparent that they are planning to stay. They are even looking capable of returning our half baked sample return from Mars mission.

I don't think that's a terribly hot take. China has had Tiangong continuously crewed since 2022-06-05. I can see why NASA wouldn't want to break their own streak (2000-11-02).
