It plans to begin the "new era" with a refreshed homepage, on Thursday, 20 July.

Five days later, it will bring back 50 of the website's classic games amid plans to fix "many of the most beloved games" in the future.

I'm surprised they aren't spending the money on rebooting with an app. Is the target age demographic likely to play games in a web browser in 2023?

Is this still all wrapped up with Scientology? Wasn’t that a thing?

It's been sold a few times since then and, while some of the employees and the CEO were Scilons, the founders (who weren't in the cult) kept spooky space ghost garbage out of the user-facing portions of the business. Mostly affected how the company was organized.
