It’s blatantly obvious that Rousseau isn’t even close to left wing.
He never was. It was clear from the beginning for those willing to see. Which the party itself wasn't, since he was so popular.
Oh yeah, it was super obvious, especially with him cozying up to N-VA.
I'm waiting for that moment he starts yelling WITCH HUNT.
It has a big reuzegom vibe around it imo. (reuzegom was way worse of course because of the sad dead of Sandra Dia.) But Mommy is the ex mayor and they tried to do as much damage control as possible within her political power. I also don't get why the party is still supporting him tbh. Even Tom van Grieken or Bart de wever don't say the words "bruin gespuis" and "aanpakken met de matrak" in public.
