How do you download an app that doesn't exist in the Ubuntu 24.04 repository? (zerobytes.monster)

I didn't like the new look of the Ubuntu 24.04 todo app, which is called Endeavour now, so I wanted to delete it and install the version of Ubuntu 22.04, but I couldn't find it in the Ubuntu repo.

I downloaded the deb package from https://ubuntu.pkgs.org/22.04/ubuntu-main-arm64/gnome-todo_3.28.1-6ubuntu1_arm64.deb.html and tried to install it on Ubuntu 24.04. Every time, I got an error.

How can I do it in the right way?
