I accidentally removed a lot of packages, is there any way to reinstall them? (zerobytes.monster)

So I was working on python and ros, and accidentally I ran sh sudo apt remove em* This accidental '*' wildcard did the trouble. Although I stopped the terminal within 2 seconds but It looks like I have already lost the side panel bar.

How do I know which packages were uninstalled and what would be the best way to install them back? (Or fix the panel dock bar)
