Long story short I found myself a way to trauma dump with openai's chatgpt and it surprisingly works really well and helped me a lot with coping up, now the ai knows quite a lot about me and I'm wondering if it's a bad idea to let it know that much about my personality and me in general. Any thoughts?? Also if there's any bad history of open ai with privacy then please let me know.

The details it knows about me are just my past life events, my character in general, the work i do and my coding stuff.
