Or should I degoogle and switch to foss apps?

I'm currently using pihole at home and NextDNS on the go with the Hagezi ultimate list. I plan to degoogle and de-MIUI my phone because I see many tracking requests in the logs. Because these request are blocked, I'm not sure if it's really necessary to do so.
