Privacy in the digital age

I'm thinking about changing my phone number (for personal reasons), but I would like to use this opportunity to improve a bit my privacy by not sharing the new number with so many websites and platforms. And I know Whatsapp isn't private at all, but I need to use it.

So I wanted to ask if there was any way to transfer/copy only two or three chats to the new account without Meta linking both numbers officially. I know there is an option to change the number of your account in Whatsapp, but it gets registered and notifies people who had your old number.
