I am 41 years old and have been playing shooters for 20 years. How much advantage would that provide in a gunfight or warzone?

Just a few more off the top of my head:

Gunfights - positioning, flanking, etc.

War Strategy - commanding an army.

Driving - Understanding things like oversteering or when to brake.
