Do I have to watch the series to understand this movie?

EDIT: Turns out this is intended to act as the series finale.

I heard a very unreliable rumour that the "movie" was only 20-odd minutes long. Having trouble finding the runtime, anyone know?

I’m gonna watch this while wearing my HankCo shirt and eating a Pop Top.

It's so wild that this series has been airing off and on for 20 years now and manages to not only maintain quality but get better as it airs. This is a series that started as a juvenile edgy mid 00s Johnny quest parody and it has absolutely no business being as good as it is
