This page really hits hard. The odds are low, but I'm still hoping for a deus ex machina.

You and me both. We are talking about a supernatural being here, so we have the deus part handled. Anything is possible. It would certainly be a bold choice to kill Aqua off at this point. Not only would it devastate Ruby, but I am sure Miyako as well. That would also put an end to the Kana/Akane battles as well.
On a silly note, I kind of want Aqua to die and then be seated in a chair across from the water goddess Aqua. Coming next year...Aqua^2^
If we end up with nothing else about this ending being satisfying, at least we got to see a happy Sarina. It might have been some dream or hypothetical, but I really enjoyed seeing her live her dream, loving parents and all.
Feel uneasy if this was Aqua's final moments like "see the tunnel" experience.
Its set up in a way where Aqua/Gorou can die and his spirit fades away or he is being brought back to life and he is comes back as Aquamarine Hoshino as Sarina's key chain is left behind which I feel is like saying Gorou's part of him has finally found a reason to move on and allow him to be Aqua and act his age.
Why do some places to the Japanese name and some use the translation? Half the time I just see "oni ko wa desu maka ka tsukishima desu wa San" and I'm like, cool, wonder which series that is and move on with my day.
Yeah, I get it. I have tried to start including both names in my post titles when they fit (Oshi no Ko is the same in romaji and English). The romaji names you see are easiest because that is the title that lemmy will automatically pull from the mangadex links. I get why mangadex/MAL/AniList use the romaji to index the titles since it is less ambiguous (some series get multiple English titles over time for instance). However, it does mean that it takes quite a bit more effort on the part of submitters/readers to know what series is what. Even on the manga subreddit, it isn't standardized and some people will submit using the English name, some with the romaji name, and some with both.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's probably an issue that stems from fans translating the work whether the creator wants it or not, I guess.
