The #Russian ruble has fallen to almost 100 RUB per 1 USD.

This will benefit the state budget as Russia plans to increase spending despite the 9% decline in the ruble's value following sanctions, Bloomberg writes.

@[email protected] I appreciate the threatening nature and so on, but I find it so amusing when what is actually a small and less than major power struts and stamps about the stage uttering dread threats to all and sundry. Lik a really small dog incandescent with fury baying at you from inside the house as you walk past in the street.
