You know what, i feel very lucky that not many people talk about this song

many suggest their hidden gems as fell on black days, zero chance, pretty noose , (even gun), limo wreck, etc.

THE EMOTION IN THIS SONG IS SO POWERFUL( one of my fa songs of all time, I'm talking about top 20 bringing on an island for a lifetime kinda way)

but i don't see this song getting recommended,

hell, even talked about.

idk about you guys but this song is overlooked af.

I am a musician myself and this is their perfect song imo for sure.

In the terms of space, which i think is the most essential part of any good song(and what makes a good song great), great guitar solo, cornell's ability as a singer at a glorious display,

Matt we all know how good he is but he was something else in soundgarden,

I think what makes it their best most under looked song this good is because of Matt cameron and Ben Shepherd, the bass .

Oh my god, this is a song that makes a musician's dick go hard. Extremely beautiful, lots of space for Kim Thayil, absolutely chaos when it needs to be and steady as she goes.

PLEASE GIVE IT A LISTEN. if you don't like the song, downvote this post to the depths of hell, but i don't think that will happen.

also, the lyrics having a story of its own, i'd prefer for you to find it out on your own, then on the 2nd 3rd listen you'll understand what I'm sayin

EDIT: adding a youtube link.

EDIT 2: I've listened to it over 100 times and i still cant figure out the guitar solo,( in the terms of how he played it )(the exact notes are something that seems unaccessible) the one who are in my boat i mean who have done the same know what i'm talking about**, the main one, one left on the left side and the one panned on the right,** but then again that's Kim Thayil for you.

EDIT 3 : I think this is the song I've cried to the most, you know those moments? yes those, a bird who died( put out of its misery by the a guy)around 1980's and that guy writing about it and making a song off of the scenario and me a 28yo male from India idk maybe a few thousands miles away here maybe 40-50 years later crying over the gravity of that situation between the bird's fate and cornell's decision makes me cry so hard in my hardships says a lot about how i feel about this song i guess, idk just felt like i had to say it, i am a few drinks down, if you will.
