I'm trying to motivate myself back into fitness to help deal with depression, adhd, alcohol abuse and nicotine addiction. How is everyone else's journey going?

I eliminated as much as possible consuming sugar and carbs. I did this 2 years ago, lost 50 pounds ( 268 to 218 ) and I have maintained it since that time. I feel great now every day and can’t believe I actually carried around 268 pounds for a while. If you are interested in my story go to - https://healthyretirementstrategies.blogspot.com/p/my-story.html - Using the menu selections and the links you can navigate to “Healthy Eating” posts, “Exercise” posts and “Retirement” related posts that detail how I thrive in retirement - I hope you find this information helpful, interesting and funny.

What all are you doing? Do you have a routine you are following?

Not really, I have been running for a few weeks once per day whenever possible

I just unlocked the back lever so fucking awesome. Bodyweight has been the best thing that ever happened to me.

I've unlocked it once, a few years ago, but I fell out of practice.

I gotta get it back. And muscle ups. For realzies this time.
