I've seen them as bong attachments, but I guess the vape is easier for on the go.
The vape is a lot easier for the kids. You can use it in the boys room and no one will notice unlike that pesky smoke. You can also enjoy many fruity flavours, LEDs on the vape, and do sick vape tricks with your fellow vapers.
