Looks amazing, ive personally never tried Haitian food though (my area is Dominican).
To be fair though, I don't know that I would be able to tell the difference between cooked cat/dog and chicken, beef, or pork, so this may very well be a pet feast for all I know (/s the whole thing is obviously BS).
However, I do remember growing up near a family that was from somewhere in the Carribean area, I feel like it was Haitians, but this was 30+ years ago so no actual idea, and I distinctly remember that they had a giant tortoise at their house that they were keeping to kill for food. I remember they even cut its head off while I was there and it was still biting onto a stick they put in its mouth. I don't know what the meal was that they made from it and I never actually tasted it.
Just like mom used to make back in Haitia.
I want someone to get Vance to show us Hatia on a map.
