from the other site:

Man, imagine you're bunkered down when the Danish Butter Cookie Sewing Kit of Doom wobbles through your doorway like a turkey trying and failing to fly up and join The Rapture.

Imagine the roller coaster of emotions when seeing that.
Initially: cookies!
Realise they never have cookies in, it's gonna be a sewing kit.

... Then remembering you're in the middle of Ukraine, you're not wanted nor welcome there and that it's not going to be cookies or a sewing kit.

OP is a liar. There are no anti-tank mines in the comments.

The huge drones it takes to carry these mines would make them too easy to spot in the daytime.

So night time thermal operations are necessary.

I believe this is a demining effort. The Ukrainians have been using an innovative method of targeting mines. They said they would fly over mine fields in the early evening after sunset, the miners retain the heat from the day and can be seen on thermals. They are using the heavy mines to provide sufficient force to detonate nearby mines. Analysis was skeptical that it could work, but we're seeing video now and it's a pretty cool idea.

What is the purpose of the two large protrusions on the mine? I know one of those holes can be used for arming it (as an alternate to the one on top), but I'm not sure what they are doing there.

my guess is impact fuze assembly for the smaller and "fin" mount for the bigger

The shorter one is reserved for exciting future functionality; keep your device connected to WiFi to ensure you're always on the latest firmware.

If you look closely the other one is used to refill the user's own water bottle for free.

Hot damn, Ukrainians are geniuses. I can't wait until they join NATO and get to have fun with the big boys.

Is that a fox in the 3rd video?
