This would be a stupid argument anyway even if it were true (it's not) because there'd still be outliers, presumably along a bell curve like shown.

Your IQ is in top 91%

What does that even mean? There is no "highest IQ". They are also definitely not smarter than 91% of people?

It's the way people classify stuff for some reason, you get 3rd place you're in "top 3", same thing for percentages, get the 91% smartest people (almost everyone) and this guy's in it.

I don't know, but no one should be using Twitter so it doesn't matter at all.

Dr. Dunning? Meet Dr. Kruger.

Dr. Kruger? Dr. Dunning.

Slightly related:

I've heard that on average men and women are essentially the same in intelligence scores, with men doing better in certain aspects and women in others but it's essentially a wash.

I've also heard that the grouping for women is tighter, i.e. there are more dumb men than women. Now, depending on how you calculate the average that raises as interesting question: does this then mean there are more extra smart men to make the overall average the same? Like, if intelligence was a bullseye women would be grouped in the same ring, while men would be spread out over the wider and tighter rings than the women?
