Die bayerische Bezahlkarte für Geflüchtete limitiert den Wert der Bargeldabhebungen auf 50 Euro im Monat. Ein Münchner Bündnis hat einen Weg gefunden, dieses Limit zu umgehen und protestiert damit gegen die "Symbolpolitik". Kritik kommt von der CSU.
