Just because people do not think or agree like you want them to, it does not make it shitposting.

Here is the definition:

In Internet culture, shitposting or trashposting is the act of using an online forum or social media page to post content that is of "aggressively, ironically, and trollishly poor quality". Shitposts are generally intentionally designed to derail discussions or cause the biggest reaction with the least effort.

And they're posing as a Green Party supporter but

1. Only post Jill Stein when she's ranting about Democrats; nothing positive or promoting the Green Party
2. Never, ever post anything negative about Trump or conservatives. It's exclusively attacking whomever is the Democratic front-runner: first Biden, then a hard pivot to Harris.

Either they're a conservative masquerading as a liberal, or a Russian troll. I can't imagine a conservative being able to swallow their gorge long enough to post any pro-liberal agenda, so my guess is that it's a Russian propaganda operative pushing Jill Stein as a spoiler.

I'm about to block them, but I kinda want to see how much else of Lemmy catches on.
