Also could you copy the text from xitter to your description? Then we don't have to give musk any traffic

What, and kill the irony of linking to Xitter in the first place?

Ironic because I guarantee they can sell their food, they just need to be properly licensed to do so. They're so busy getting offended thinking people are calling them dirty that they never stopped to just get the piece of paper that proves it.

It's the same thing with lemonade stands, people get upset because they're kids and why can't they set up a stand? Well, because a lot of people are allergic to things, and it's very easy to contaminate even simple things. Think if they were handling peanut butter sandwiches before handling the lemons, and someone has a horrible allergy to peanuts. That's why licensing is important.

So to this person, you aren't losing freedoms ffs. Shut up, go get the piece of paper, and then sell as many green beans as you like

License is a market turfing tool. Insurance is modern racket. Pension is scam. War is business. The social-economic system never grew beyond archaic fight for power and slavery that holds it, not because we want it, but because we never had a choice. The written collection of rules that you hold so dearly are nothing but a stabilization mechanism to keep the sacrifice justified in the eyes of the masses. A gamble is better than certain doom we convince ourselves. This is normal we say. So we wait for our turn to hang.

Licensing a lemonade stand has nothing to do with handling peanuts. It has to do with paying taxes. Also, zoning.

That’s still important, though. And your point remains valid.

Well the guy was specifically talking about department of health, and I was thinking of kids with sticky hands who just ate peanut butter

Fair enough. Kids are gross.
