A whole AA complex maybe costs that much, so with all the radars, computers, Blablabla, the actual weapon systems, all spread around a big area.

But just because Russia puts a price tag on something does not mean that I care about that price. It's like those fake price tags with 80 % off or whatever random number.

That equates to just 2 million USD. You're not getting any serious radar-equipment for that amount.

200 million is not a very strange figure for an advanced radar-solution.
