Hello, i have palit 3080. I connected it with riser into the motherboard half connected, the mobo died and the gpu didn't show any signal but still light up and fans spin automatically. Can it be fixed?

I sent it to the warranty (it's local store agent warrenty) not to nvidia. They said they will send it to the manufacturer and if it's fixable they fix it and charge me a few bucks but if it's not fixable they'll return it.
